In Nazi Germany people were encouraged to turn their fellow Germans in for suspected crimes to the Gestapo .The practice is called denuncication. The program race to the top is federal grant money for schools that met the requirements set up. One of the requirements is longer school day/school year.    Angel of Mercy Hilmar von Campe the author of Defeating the Totalitarian Lie didn’t understand how it happened in his time either. So he asked the question how was it possible? His answer made since. Each day we are told/taught/learn it’s ok to do something wrong. And we keep going down that path further and further. Like we know killing is wrong , but yet it’s ok for woman to kill her baby. In a tide commercial, a girl ask her mom if she knew where her green shirt was. Her mom lies , and throws it in the wash. We know lieing is wrong , but tide makes it seem like it’s ok as long as no one gets hurt. We slowly abandon right and wrong , and our morals . It all comes down to good vs evil everyday. You pick one path or another , and depending how far you go down that path , it’s harder , and harder to change paths.
